Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

I can only say AS ADVERTISED!!! The place was exactly what was listed and what is evident in the description. I have saved this pace as a must whenever we are on Long Island!!! Thanks for making our stay PERFECT !!!

Been here twice. It’s becoming a lovely family tradition! The kids loved being able to see the animals everyday :) The only downside is one of the beds is bit soft - my husband has a sensitive back and said it bothered him.

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Excellent location. An easy inexpensive ride into Penn Station via LLRR. A suggestion: I recommend those luggage racks one finds in hotels for your suitcase in each bedroom. That, or foot of bed benches. There is no closet for the small bedroom, so a place for your suitcase would be great. A chair in the small bedroom would also help.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I was here with my husband and 3 adult children visiting family in Larchmont. We made one trip into NYC which was very easy, great location. We enjoyed our stay! I loved the space and tasteful decor.

Wonderful AirBnB with all the comforts of home, exceptionally clean, and nicely decorated and maintained. A little worried about this secret getting out because I want it to be available my next visit! Elizabeth was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive.

Great place to stay. Was very nice, not far from a lot of things. Quiet neighborhood and easy entrance into the unit.

Juan’s place was perfect for my family. This was our first trip with our 5 month old daughter and the house had a pack n’ play for her to sleep and the room was dark and peaceful. The house was clean and in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to the train station, far enough from the city to relax and recharge but close enough to get up early and go and explore. Would recommend to anyone with a family!

The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Chris was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in and what to do for check out. The place was very clean and is exactly how it appears in photos. It is lower level so you can expect to hear foot traffic from the upstairs apartment occasionally. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and food options. Glad we stayed here!

The property is as described. A great value it is you're staying in the area! There were 3 of us, and we were cozy. It was clean, secure, and the host was very kind and communicated instructions for check in clearly. Would stay again if we travel here again!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

We had good time in this airbnb. parking place for the car and bus transportation (with à beatifull view) for NYC not too far. Very quiet area. Perfect place to visit NYC.

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

I had a fantastic stay at this Hoboken apartment! The location couldn’t be better—situated in a beautiful, safe area just a short walk from the waterfront boardwalk and an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, though, was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again—it was a perfect home base for my time in the area!
