Townhome vacation rentals in Nassau County

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

Ben was friendly and accommodating from the first interaction. His home was exactly as described, stocked with all of the kitchen items we needed and very clean. We were within walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants we enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Kara’s apartment was exactly as pictured—very neat, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk to Utica Avenue station, where the A and C trains connect you to Manhattan. There’s a bodega just a few steps away, which was super convenient, and we also did our laundry at a laundromat down the street, where you can opt for a wash-and-fold service. The bed was comfortable, and overall, the apartment served my husband and me very well—it truly felt like home after 18 nights. As for noise, you will definitely hear typical city sounds, including sirens and the nearby train, so just keep that in mind. Regarding upstairs noise, the apartment is soundproofed well when it comes to voices and general conversation—only the sound of footsteps carries through at times. Earplugs are provided if that bothers you, but after a few days, we got used to it. It’s all part of the New York apartment experience!a

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

It was a pleasure to be able to stay somewhere so conveniently located with all the family whilst out in New York. It was well set up to be a home base and made our visit so much easier by being well maintained and stocked with all the essentials! This townhouse is generously designed and welcoming, and Mariana ranks among the top hosts I’ve encountered on Airbnb - she is attentive, considerate, and accomodating. The beds and pillows are cozy, and the linens and towels are impeccably clean. The cookware provided is of high quality. Overall, it can be considered perfection.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb with friends and two kids. The Airbnb is in an amazing location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to several restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are super responsive to any questions or concerns. They also have all the amenities you may need for a beach day and the kitchen is well-stocked. The weather sadly did not cooperate with us this year and we were unable to take advantage of our proximity to the beach but would definitely stay here again the next time we plan a Rockaway beach getaway.

We had a great time in Lisa's flat. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the place was clean with good beds which was a nice retreat after long days walking around New York. The apartment was an easy walk to the subway and buses so it was easy to get to midtown. The only thing was that the kitchen was smaller than we expected which made it slightly challenging for all of us to gather in one room. Other than that it was a great stay.

I used to live on the same block, so the location was familiar and very convenient for me. The apartment was comfortable, and I would stay there again. It was exactly what I needed and I had a great trip.

It was a fantastic stay for a few friends and I! Plenty of space and a walkable distance to all the action. The place looks exactly like the listing if not better. We will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

The place is exactly like what it described and shown on pictures. Monica is always responsive and very clear with all the instructions needed. the place quite walkable to the path station. overall its a great place to stay if youre visit jersey city and trying to visit NYC. The path makes commute Manhattan is easy.

We stayed at John’s guest apartment as a family of two adults and two kids under 10. The apartment is the ground and basement floors of a beautiful brownstone on a lovely street in a great area of Brooklyn. John was a gracious and informative host, gave us great recommendations and made us feel safe and welcome. The air conditioning was a real bonus in the summer heat wave while we were there as was the coolness from being on the ground and basement floors. The apartment is not too sunny because of that which helps with sleeping in. There are two couches in the basement that were set up as beds for the kids, and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the back garden which was lush and lovely and the master bath has a bathtub which helps with kids. Overall, it was a great stay, we can’t wait to return!

Akuvi's home was very clean, well- stocked and a great size for our group of 5 while we were in town for my sons college graduation. A great value alternative to limited hotels in the area. Super convenient location to both campus in Bronxville and NYC. thanks for your hospitality, Akuvi!

Shonna was a great host and the the house was just as we expected and ideal for a small group looking to enjoy the beach and the local bars.

Shana’s place was great! The location was nice and peaceful whilst being close to every station!

Had such a great time staying here. The house was spacious, the beach is so close by, there are so many restaurants around. The only thing I would say is that there’s a smell in the house that made my friends allergic. Other than that it was great! Definitely recommend staying here & I would do it again.

Dew drop inn was a great space for our family. It was very clean and had all of the amenities for a small family. Also, the one time I had a question, Jana was very responsive. We will definitely be back again when we come back to visit family.
