Vacation rentals with a kayak in Nassau County

This is our second time renting this beautiful lakeside home and it was absolutely perfect for our girl's weekend. The kitchen was a dream, with all of the appliances and amenities you could need and plenty of room for everyone. The living room had so much seating and the fireplace made everything that much more cozy. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds with the best sheets and comforters. I think everyone was impressed with how well they slept. The owner was super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We can't speak highly enough about this rental. Thank you !

We had a fantastic stay! Johanna and her husband were extremely friendly, helpful, and graciously hospitable. We felt very welcomed. They were very responsive to a few requests we had and even made up a futon as an extra bed when asked about sleeping arrangements for my family of five. We had a great time roasting s’mores over a campfire by the pond and my son caught his first fish. Great memories! On our next visit to Fairfield, this will be the first rental I will be looking for.

It was a great getaway for my adult children and 84 year old dad and 2 dogs. Big, comfortable and clean home. It worked for all of us. Kayaks and canoes were easy and convenient to use. Nice amount of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space along with a great communal kitchen/living/dining area. We’re hoping to go again, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome place with a great location! Perfect for a beach getaway, there’s tons to do nearby. I would definitely go back. Nice that it can sleep so many as well.

Absolutely beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. It is truly special. Great location! Easy to get to Nyack’s shopping and restaurants. Place is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

My husband and I are originally from the area and booked this home to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. It could not have been more perfect! As soon as we walked in, we felt a cozy and welcoming vibe. Not only was the house immaculately clean, it was stocked with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The view of the lake was amazing, especially at night with the surrounding houses lit up for the holidays. We loved it so much, that we extended our stay! Lillian was a great host and we look forward to returning in the summer months.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time here. The outdoor space, deck and kayak/ paddle boat was a big bonus. We will definitely go back!

This tiny, cozy space was exactly what we needed for an overnight place to relax and sleep, with a kitchen for us to make our coffee in the morning. We also felt we would have been quite comfortable there if we had needed to stay for a few days. The host was kind, responsive, friendly, respectful, and genuine. We will definitely stay here again. And the view! Gorgeous.

Great place for our family to stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. Peaceful and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! Bathroom was spa-like, beds were comfortable and warm. Big TV and comfy couch was great for a family movie night. Kitchen was very well equipped. Will definitely come again!

T’s house perfectly matches my expectations, his hospitality and responsiveness went beyond satisfaction, everything inside the house is clean and full of details, the view and surroundings the house is breathtaking. We enjoyed very much for our stay. This house now has a special meaning for us, we will definitely come back! For anyone interested: T is one of the best hosts I’ve met, you will be amazed and impressed.

We really enjoyed the stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect supplies needed that sometimes you don’t have. Well stocked with towels and supplies. Spotless clean, private and very efficient for my family and pet. Gina was very responsive and we will def be staying here again. Great place.

Astrid was a great host and the house was awesome. It has an indescribable character and charm, with amazing views to go with it. Visiting in the early Spring, we weren't fully able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but could only imagine a stay later in the spring/summer. The home was cozy and private. Additionally, very well equipped with everything you could need, from paper towels to cooking supplies. The stairs are steep as mentioned, but we had zero issues. Would highly recommend!
