Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Nassau County

Over the past 5 years, I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s not only in Bridgeport, but in other states as well, and Nestor without a doubt had the BEST AirBnB I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. He went above and beyond, nothing felt cheap or thrown in for the sake of having, while also giving us quite literally everything you might need for a stay. He made an AirBnB feel like a home and that in itself is enough for me to highly recommend this stay. He personally walked us through the apartment, accommodated for our needs, and even then left more in the AirBnB than was even listed. At the price listed, I’ll save you the trouble of continuing your search, this is a MUST book if you enjoy peace of mind. A special thanks to Nestor for making my week long stay, feel like I never left home.

Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Comfy apartment (with a great shower) in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus route to get into NYC. Estefania was a great host. Would recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane’s place! From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, and Diane went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, walkabIe and great restaurants. What really stood out, though, was Diane's hospitality. She provided thoughtful touches like shower suppIies and couch throws and there are pIenty of kitchen suppIies. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing, getaway. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience!

Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

The place was beautiful and modern and had all the latest amenities. Kitchen is very modern and all the tv’s are smart, so we just had to log into our own accounts which was easy. Only negative is that there was not enough towels for all the guests to use for bathing AND hot tub.

Gregory's home is large, beautiful, and unique. We were in town for college graduation and our first rental fell through, with few choices left. Gregory had left town with no plans to book his house, but responded to our plea instantly with the option to stay or not once we checked it out. It was a bachelor's house, with some floofy dog hair in the corners and counters that needed some 409, but I suspect it was due for regularly scheduled professional cleaning, like our own Airbnb. As a novice host, what Gregory lacked in preparedness he made up for in gracious communication. We had one mechanical issue, and he had a tech there on Sunday morning. The house is wonderful, with ample bedrooms/baths for a big family, and gathering spots inside and outside. Interesting decorator touches, a serious chef's kitchen and comfortable beds - what more is there? My suggestion is to book far enough ahead for Gregory to to have the house ready for your visit.Gorgeous house, lovely setting,great host

the home is located close to local universities and St. Vincent's. An old craftsman style home that was recently restored. Very clean. there is no air conditioning which was pointed out by the host. this was not a n issue during our stay even with temps in the 70s

A great getaway place especially with NYC in your corridor. lots of places close by to visit. Definitely worth what the space is listed for. Surprised that it's not higher for a place with such amenities and space. Crystal is a great host, made the check in and out process very streamlined and hassle free. Would 100 percent recommend for future visitors.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Beach. Beautiful having the water right outside the door. The space was cozy and updated.

We had such a wonderful stay. Philip’s place was just as listed in the listing. The view was incredible! Gio was such a big help with directions, navigating the bus route (which was super easy), and recommending places to eat. We would 100% stay again.

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

this is the spot to crash in if planning a trip to brooklyn. beautiful clean inside, spacious room with windows and a private patio is all you can ask for. easy access to apt and close to a near sub station to get around the city too. definitely booking room again if the opportunity is there.

Lee is wonderful - friendly, welcoming, communicative, (even when I wasn't!) The room is clean, fresh, cool, (we were there during a heatwave and it was honestly a haven of coolness!) The private courtyard is understated! It's a huge enclosed and peaceful yard just for the guests of this room. Although Lee lives there, we had a lot of privacy. It was very quiet, we felt very comfortable. And the rare occasion when we dis see Lee and his beautiful dog, Dahlia, was a bonus! Great location for enjoying the local area, Bushwick, and a quick L Train ride to Manhattan. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lee, for sharing your lovely home with us :)

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
