The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient: just a few steps from public transportation, and surrounded by everything you might need — grocery stores, gas stations, and more. It truly made our trip comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Dan's place was lovely. Lots of light, beautiful views of the Hudson River and dog friendly. Dan himself was responsive, flexible and helpful. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else when visiting family.

O espaço do Derby estava impecável em relação a limpeza. O imóvel tinha diversos itens para auxiliar no dia a dia e todas as comodidades necessárias para o conforto dos hospedes. Tivemos um problema com a aquisição das chaves no check-in, mas prontamente as pessoas em volta do local nos ajudaram de bom grado. Logo em seguida, um conhecido do Derby nos deu as chaves. O que mostra a boa vizinhança e comprometimento do host. Além disso, uma dica para novos hóspedes: recomendo acessar a ilha de Manhattan por meio de Hoboken. Um Uber para a estação de metrô leva uns 15 min e é uma alternativa mais confortável do que andar e esperar os ônibus da NJ Transit. No geral, adoramos ficar na residência do Derby!

Nice and new Host responded quickly. All in all a pleasant stay in a nice unit. The location was perfect for meeting family and getting to NYC on the train was a breeze! The Roku TV had a great variety of apps and channels to choose from. We barely used the kitchen but this was all new and very clean.

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

I had a great stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish—quick, clear, and super helpful. The space itself was spotless and felt really well taken care of. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as described. It was also incredibly comfortable—cozy bed, great layout, and all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay!

I stayed at Kimberlys place for a medical school rotation for a month. I was very impressed with my stay. The house as well as the room were very clean and accommodating. Anything I ever needed, Kimberly was always one call away. Parking was very convenient in which I was able to park right outside of the house. The neiborhood was very quiet and very safe. She made me feel at home the moment I first entered the home. I was very impressed with how accommodating and at home she made me feel. I will defininetly be booking with her when I come back for my next rotation or if I ever come back to the New York area. I give this booking more than 5 stars and have already spread the word to other medical school colleagues. Look no further, book with Kimberly!

Dana and Mary are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and personable. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located in a quiet residential neighborhood. My wife and I have rented their place several times and plan to do so again in the future. Highly recommended!

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

The place is just as pictured. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. The view of the city is gorgeous from the patio. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and about a 25-30 minute bus ride into the city.

Ricardo and Isabel we very clear in their communication and very responsive. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and it’s in a central location close to the main area of the pier and restaurants. It was a great family stay!
