Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

**4 night minimum stay** (Except Christmas Stroll) Tucked in off the road lies a 4 bedroom home with a spacious yard, hot tub, fire pit, and deck suitable for dining or entertaining. The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

For June 28 through September 7, we will be renting from Saturday - Saturday with 1 week minimums. Beautifully renovated, charming island cottage centrally located for all of your needs. 1.3 Miles to downtown Nantucket, .3 miles to the grocery store & The Sea Grille and 2.2 miles to Surf Side Beach, everything is at your fingertips. The large outdoor patio, BBQ & outdoor shower make for a quintessential Nantucket experience.

Nice outdoor sitting area with BBQ. Surfside Beach and grocery store are on walking distance. Near bike path and 5 min away from Nantucket shuttle stop. There is bike rental on 15min walk.
