This was a great place for a large family. The kids especially enjoyed riding bicycles through the neighborhood. The house was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay again.

.06 Mile to Beach> Porch>HorseshoePit>GasFireplace

SherylRating, 5 stars6 months ago
One of my favorite vacation rentals. Clean, easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, centrally located. We enjoyed our week at Lynn and Keith's home. It was nice to arrive to some snacks, chocolates, enough coffee for the week, and wine (even though we didn't get around to drinking it). We enjoyed streaming some shows and also watching cable tv with network channels (something we rarely find in vacation rentals. The hosts thought of everything and helped make our week stress-free and fun. We would definitely return.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Cape Get Away Rentals

BrandonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This was such a relaxing place to stay. Jessica’s communication was quick and remarkably helpful — and she provided great recommendations and suggestions. The overall layout of the home affords room for privacy while also providing a comfortable communal space. The walkability of the location was much better than I expected, with closeby beaches, taverns, and restaurants. To be specific, 5 people stayed here — myself, wife, two kids, and an infant, for a stay around a month. And we never felt constrained (the back deck makes for a great workspace). Thanks again — would love to stay here in the future!

Charming 4 bdrm 2 1/2 bth - fire pit - pet ok

RichardRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

NEW! 2 Houses, Main House plus Guest House

CassandraRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We stayed here with a large group of friends including toddlers and babies for a friend’s wedding. We loved the space, especially sitting out on the deck together, having two separate spaces so some friends could stay up chatting while the kids slept in the other house was excellent. We would highly recommend this house for a fun and relaxing group trip!

AlexandraRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a really great stay and it was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a wedding that was nearby. The home is comfortable and perfect for cooking and hanging out. Loved the backyard. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) was super comfortable for my bad back. Be sure to bring shampoo etc and you’ll have a wonderful time.

Bright Coastal Retreat Near Ridgevale Beach

MichaelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
You won't find more responsive hosts - literally within minutes. Check-in and communication throughout was great. And it's the first rental I've ever seen that had REAL toilet paper! IYKYK! They were super clear about everything. The only small issue we had was with the AC. It's listed as Central AC, which it has but only on one floor. This wasn't a big deal because it was later in the season but if it was in the middle of the summer it would have been an issue. The first floor didn't get any of the AC and just cracking the door from the upstairs wasn't really sufficient to cool it down, even at night. Again, not a problem around Labor Day when we were there but in mid-July I don't think it would have been very comfortable to sleep there. But other than that, a great stay in a great location.

Cute Cottage Living by the Sea!

EthanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This little cottage was perfect for a weekend trip for my partner and I. Absolutely gorgeous, cozy, well laid out space on a beautiful property. Had no issues with cleanliness or amenities. Check in and check out were super easy. We were curious to see if the WiFi would hold up as we both did some work from the house, but had no issues and even streamed some shows. The property was also super close to a grocery store and some restaurants which was an unexpected perk. We would gladly come back here for another weekend getaway- 5 stars!

Sweet Cottage w/ yard, 1.5BR, Walk to Town & Water

AudreyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

Ebb Tide~Dog Frndly/3bd 2bth/Walk to Water

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful and comfortable house. Private with gorgeous views. Fun treats and snacks and even lovely surprises in the bathrooms. Being able to do laundry and the guide to local restaurants and attractions were all super helpful. Tara provides an amazing online database of recommendations and instructions. Note to dog owners: one thing that we didn't realize until we booked and read all the pages of the guidebook, dogs are not allowed on furniture or to be loose in the house alone. Tara was kind enough to ask us our dog's size and provide a crate, but because we've never crated our dog, we just brought her with us everywhere. More fun for her!

Summer Cottage Close to Beach! - Dog Friendly

LeonaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Spent the month of November at this home, enjoying the peace and quiet of the off-season, as many attractions close during this time. Less than a mile walk through the neighborhood to Smugglers Beach! The home is centrally located for exploring the entire cape (about an hour to P-town on one end and Falmouth on the other). Hyannis with its big box stores was 10 minutes away when we needed supplies we couldn't find in Yarmouth. We also drove up to Hingham and took the Ferry into Boston, avoiding the city traffic. The house was so cozy and very cared for by Sakie and Jeff! The couches and beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the fireplace most evenings. The wifi was excellent for remote work. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard, but so nice that it was fenced in for our dog. Sakie and Jeff were the perfect hosts, checking in to ensure we were okay and quick to answer any questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Cottage in the heart of the village

JeffRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Great location away from all the hustle and bustle of the Cape, but close enough to see it all. Highly recommend staying here, very relaxing, quiet, and walkable to a few restaurants and bars to unwind after a long day of exploring the Cape. Cute and cozy! Do yourself a favor and get up for Sunrise at Sandwich Boardwalk during your stay.

Coastal Breeze, a Summer Breeze Cape Cod home

JaniceRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We were a family of 5 including 2 adult daughters and one grandson,my husband and I. This house worked well for us! I loved the cozy living room where we could all hang out. There was a nice deck and grill so we ate several meals outside overlooking the beautiful yard, breathing the fresh ocean air. We loved the location on a quiet side street! The Cape Cod National Park beaches were an easy drive away. We enjoyed walking around in Provincetown, relaxing on beautiful head of the Meadow Beach, and walking at the special Wellfleet Audubon Park. We could easily cook in the kitchen and finally, the bed was extremely comfortable! We discovered that Eastham is a perfect town to stay in!

Your guide to Nantucket

All About Nantucket

Visitors flock to the island of Nantucket — just 30 miles south of Cape Cod — to enjoy fresh-catch dining, check out the old cottages along cobblestone paths, or give their wardrobe an update with the unique boutiques dotting the retail areas. Nantucket’s nautical, whaling, and fishing past also draws in admirers, with no shortage of cultural events, concerts, museums, and galleries dedicated to sharing the island’s history with visitors. During the summer months, the dune-laden beaches are just about the perfect place to sunbathe away the day, and there are over 80 miles of it to pick the best spot from. With close proximity to the mainland, this northeastern island is a charming mixture of island and Massauchssets fun.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Nantucket

The summer months are the busiest time to be in Nantucket, as people descend on the island to bask in the sun, shop, eat, and boat around. But it’s the months of April, May, September, and October that mark the sweet spots in Nantucket’s annual calendar: the crowds are a bit thinner and the summer weather is a bit more comfortable.

Nantucket doesn’t completely shut down for the winter — many of the local businesses, bars, and restaurants stay open through Christmas, and there are a handful of holiday festivals pre-New Year’s, making this still a good time for a Vacation rental in Nantucket. Once the new year arrives, however, be prepared for things to get pretty quiet on the island until spring.

Top things to do in Nantucket

Nantucket Whaling Museum

Though we now understand whaling to be a devastating practice that faces all kinds of international bans, it was once a major industry, literally fueling much of the economic furnace of 19th-century America. The Nantucket Whaling Museum faces this history head-on, offering a revealing and fascinating view into what was once a massive industry, and into the big, beautiful whales that once thrived in the waters around Nantucket, Cape Cod, and the northeastern Atlantic.

Nantucket Beaches

The beaches of Nantucket are unadorned, unadulterated, and unsurpassed in their stark natural beauty. The fine-grained white sands are just the right cushion for summer sunbathers, and the surrounding dunes strewn across the island have been the inspiration for more than a few landscape painters.

Coskata-Coatue Wildlife Refuge

With origins in a land-acquisition deal that occurred in 1974, the Coskata-Coatue Wildlife Refuge remains a fixture on Nantucket, with an important mission of conservation, education, and preservation. You don’t have to be an animal lover to enjoy seeing the many raptors, deer, shorebirds, and seals that thrive here.
