Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nantucket Island

A perfect house for a family/group visit to Nantucket. The location is phenomenal and the house is well-equipped for beach trips, bikes trips, and home cooking. Eric is a phenomenal host and available to answer any questions or concerns that you have. I highly recommend this place for guests that have not been to Nantucket and wanting accessibility to multiple areas of the island.

Our family of 4 with two young children loved our stay! We all felt right at home in this beautiful house. Susan was responsive and great to work with. We would love to return next year!

Great room and great host! Great location within walking distance from town. Host was very accommodating and did her best to warn and prepare us for the potential impacts of a hurricane. Would recommend and stay again!

My family and I recently stayed at Greg’s home. The space was absolutely perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was great to get to town, beaches, the brewery and much more. Would definitely look forward to staying here again next time we are on Nantucket!

The house was charming and cozy. It was as advertised, plenty of room for 4 to 6 guests. We took advantage of the fire pit to sit outside and eat or chat after the day exploring Nantucket. They provided a book with all the information we needed to locate restaurants, groceries, everything we needed. The location was away from town which was what we were looking for, but close enough to be there in a few minutes by car, bus, bike. All the South and East side beaches were quick and easy to get to, the other beaches were easy and only a few more minutes away. Chris was great, we did get locked out of the house and he was very responsive to text in helping us. We would highly recommend Chris as a host and his house as a great place to stay on the island.

This place was perfect for 4 people. A quick uber or drives into town and not far to other parts of the island. The house was very clean and beautifully designed.

A great stay to base out of to explore Chatham and lower Cape. Tom was very helpful and responsive.

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is just perfect for a week on the Vineyard, and Jennifer has thought of all the details. So easy to use and find everything. And it is a lovely space.

Andrea and Tracy’s place was amazing for us and our fur babies for a trip to the cape. The back yard was gorgeous, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the location was a pretty convenient to most places for us. I would absolutely recommend and will happily stay again next time!

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Wonderful experience at a very special location. We walked and kayaked to the Aquinnah cliffs from the beach right out front. We listened to the sound of the ocean and the pinkeltinks while preparing meals in the spacious kitchen. The firepit area was just lovely. Highly recommend this place to all you no hassle people. It's perfect.

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

The Birdhouse was a delight. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Martha is a gracious and helpful host.
