Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nantucket County

A perfect house for a family/group visit to Nantucket. The location is phenomenal and the house is well-equipped for beach trips, bikes trips, and home cooking. Eric is a phenomenal host and available to answer any questions or concerns that you have. I highly recommend this place for guests that have not been to Nantucket and wanting accessibility to multiple areas of the island.

Beautiful newly renovated home with gorgeous backyard - great for small children and even adults looking for a nice weekend. My girlfriends and I came for the weekend and everyone had somewhere to sleep; the kitchen was ideal for snacking and both the living room and backyard were ideal for groups to spend time in and catch up. Bother bathrooms were clean and nice. Home is FULLY stocked as well.

Remodeled entire place top to bottom! So nice and clean. Exactly like the pictures in the listing. The beach was so close and beautiful. The drive to town was only 7 to 10 minutes. We really enjoyed this private peaceful out of the way place.

The pole house was extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfy. Leda was very friendly and there were lots of details that went into making us comfortable as guests! The entire property is beautiful and we had a great time using all of the amenities. Check in and check out was very flexible!

Peaceful and beautiful stay. We took the high speed ferry, rented a car and headed over to the house. It was easy to find and check in was very simple. The house is brand new and all the rooms were very clean. Our goldendoodle loved the fenced in yard. The location was ideal for getting into town and also seeing the beaches. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house was charming and cozy. It was as advertised, plenty of room for 4 to 6 guests. We took advantage of the fire pit to sit outside and eat or chat after the day exploring Nantucket. They provided a book with all the information we needed to locate restaurants, groceries, everything we needed. The location was away from town which was what we were looking for, but close enough to be there in a few minutes by car, bus, bike. All the South and East side beaches were quick and easy to get to, the other beaches were easy and only a few more minutes away. Chris was great, we did get locked out of the house and he was very responsive to text in helping us. We would highly recommend Chris as a host and his house as a great place to stay on the island.

The home was beautiful, clean, and well located. Online communication was excellent—even late at night. However, check-in was stressful due to confusing instructions and a missing lock code, which delayed us 30–45 minutes. The biggest issue was the hot tub, which was the main feature of the listing. It was empty and non-functional throughout our stay. A technician later confirmed the outdoor water supply had been winterized. We received a partial refund, but it didn’t reflect the loss of what we specifically booked the home for. Imagine paying a premium for a beach house, only to be told it’s inland when you arrive—then being refunded only a portion of the price difference. That’s what this felt like. Despite the setbacks, we left the house in perfect condition. I’m giving 5 stars because I believe in second chances, good reputations, and handling matters with respect. I hope this helps future guests and the host improve the experience.

We stayed off season, but still plenty to do and see. We loved it!

I loved my stay at Jenny's and Ania's place! The room was clean, cozy, warm (with a fireplace that works), and had everything that we needed (including a haridryer, hangers, and full kitchenware). The property is also steps away from the beach and we managed to catch the sunrise and sunset—it was a beautiful and humbling view and experience! Sue and Christine were especially helpful during the day of our checkout; thank you for the warm hospitality! It was a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay. I will definitely wish to return when I visit Falmouth in the future! :))

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.
