Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and adjoining rooms).

The pool is heated from spring to autumn at 28 degrees, depending on the weather. Our accommodation offers great amenities and is located by the Loire river.
