C'est 1 studio, attenant à notre maison, avec 2 lits en mezzanine mansardée et un Rapido convertible en lit dans le séjour. Terrasse privative à l'Est ; Accès à 1 partie du jardin à l'ouest. Accès direct à la piscine partagée de 12,50m x 4m couverte chauffée. 8h à 22h. De préférence RESAS à la semaine aux vacances scolaires.

Au calme avec entrée privative, tout à proximité (restaurants, commerces, bus). ATTENTION, les camionnettes ne peuvent pas rentrer (parking tout proche).
