Small cool room

You will stay in an old stone house, newly renovated, in the calm and greenery of the banks of the Sèvre. My house is spacious, functional, pleasant to live in with 2 large living rooms, 4 terraces and 4 bedrooms. I live there with my 9-year-old son, 2 cats and 2 chickens. You will appreciate the calm, the walks along the Sèvre accessible at the bottom of the garden. The house is located on the edge of the GR de Pays and the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. 2 other listings on my profile

Very quiet and green area 2 steps from the Zenith, the Santé Atlantique polyclinic, the Bégraisière park, 20 min by bus from the center of Nantes. Toilet + shower, desk, all to yourself. Kettle, cups, cutlery in the room for breakfast. Window overlooking the garden. Free parking is available on our private driveway.
