Venez séjourner dans notre maison 🏠 1100m2 + Bois privé de 1 hectare, rien que pour vous ! Disponible cet été 2025. Fêtes interdites. Idéal pour une famille (jeux à disposition, baby foot ...) souhaitant profiter de notre région. Entre Nantes et Saint Nazaire, proche du LAC et ces activités (Piscine, accrobranche, Tennis). La Mer est à environ 30min en voiture, pour des excursions sur nos plages (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Seule demande est de nourrir nos 2 chats svp (nourriture fournie)

Magnifique maison/loft avec jacuzzi.

Idéalement placé au calme et tous les commerces et transports au pied de la maison. Un bâtiment industriel entièrement rénové en 2016 avec goût et amour. À 15 minutes de voiture de l’aéroport et de la gare, 12/15 minutes du centre ville et 25/30 de l’île de Nantes (les machines de l’île etc) en transport (gratuits le week-end !!!). Vous profiterez de la terrasse roof top (barbecue et farniente) ainsi que du jacuzzi (5/6 personnes). Les draps et serviettes seront fournis pour voyager léger.
