The location is close to railway station. Just a short walk I will catch the bus. Rob quickly responds to every message. The place is clean, everything there is in highest standard I never met with other hosts. If I plan to visit Cornwall in future, I have no question to book Rob’s house again.

Best place to stay if you want peace and quiet. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and I will request this place to anyone if they’d like the best place to stay with only a little drive to st ives or carbis bay. They hand written my partner a birthday card as we arrived on his birthday and it’s the most thoughtful thing I’ve ever experienced with air BnB. The place was so neat and tidy and very clean and I could quite easily give these hosts 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. Really thoughtful touches left for us. I mean, a cream tea to be eaten upon our arrival. That's not bad! Toys, games for children available, if needed. Tea, coffee for adults. Pint of milk. Welcome note. These touches were really lovely to receive when we turned up. Really great place; book it!
