Luxury waterside wharf house 200m to beach

MichelleRating, 5 stars5 months ago
North Quay was an absolutely stunning town house with spectacular views of the estuary and evening sunsets. The home was immaculate and had quality fixtures and fitting. Close to the town, shops and even closer to the beach and beach cafe, we had the best time here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we will be going again soon.

The Beach House, 5 min flat walk to town/beach

LouiseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

Amazing House Perranporth - beach

What a place!! Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as stated in the description. 5 mins from shops on way down but a good 15 on way back as you have a hill to climb! Would definitely recommend. Hot tub not in use while we were there. Beds were huge apart from the bunks. The projector and the large screen are a bonus.n

This is such a cute 2 bedroom home, perfect for a family of 4 - every room is spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect - right on the Newlyn / Penzance promenade and within a 15 minutes walk to Penzance high street and the lovely cafes and shops there. The location is a great base from which to explore south west Cornwall which we managed to do plenty of. Veronica is a great host - very responsive, great instructions, and the place is immaculate. We highly recommend it.

Apartment, Sea Views & Terrace on Waters Edge

KatherineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A beautiful location with stunning views from the property - we didn't want to close the curtains! Lovely and spacious with two bathrooms. There were 4 of us staying but there's ample space for 6 guests. There is a nice veranda to have a cup of tea in the sun and watch the boats come and go in the harbour. Polruan is a pretty village overlooking the river Fowey, and Fowey across the water, is also great for a day out looking around the shops or taking a walk to St Catherine's Point where there is a lovely little beach and a walk up to the castle. The ferry was frequent and very convenient to use to get across to Fowey. We hired a self drive motorboat to explore the river which was a great afternoon out. Parking is about a 10 min walk away at the top of the village, so be aware of the climb back up the hill to the car at the end of your stay! A very enjoyable stay in a quiet and beautiful setting.
