Hiking and mountain biking trails at the end of the garden (Gr13, Tour du Morvan...). All amenities 10 minutes drive (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes' drive from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

Located near Lake Chaumeçon, two small, eco-friendly, ranch-style wooden chalets sit within a 5-hectare wooded property accessible via a 1 km dirt track. They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. Fishing regulations are sent to you and must be read and approved. The 11-hectare property is very quiet, only 2 chalets and a mobile home on the property, no overcrowding. You may possibly be bothered by a deer or a squirrel... passing by.
