Located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, the environment is ideal for families with children. The shores and beaches of Lac des Settons (Branlasses peninsula) are less than 700m away, allowing swimming, water sports at the nautical base (paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, mountain biking, eBike) or fishing. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Hi, The house is located 250 meters from Lake Chaumeçon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in a small hamlet. You have access to the whole house and grounds of about 1000 m2. The lake is next door crossing a field and you have the opportunity to swim and canoe that we provide. The house is very quiet and we would be happy to host you.
