Monthly Rentals in Mount Sutro

Max was one of the most helpful hosts i've had in a long time (and I travel for work so that's saying a lot!) He was always reachable with a random question or when I was seeking a solution to a problem. The unit was a great solo space that felt like home. Everything I needed had a space to go & there were plenty of resources around the unit to use. Small things made a huge difference like the closet unit & yoga mat & good cookware! The area is super quiet and peaceful and minus a couple of San Francisco hills it was very walkable to the train & the Castro area! Loved this place & would absolutely stay again ❤️

This is a great place if you’re needing a spot near UCSF (4 min drive away). We arrived around 9:30PM and I was nervous about the street parking by that time, but there was still plenty of parking available. Ilya was very responsive throughout the process, which I appreciated because I had to book last minute. I’ll definitely stay again when I need to come back to UCSF!

We stayed at Joanna and Randy's place for 2 months and loved our time here. The space was immaculate and looks just like the photos. The location is walkable to grocery stores, cafes and the park while still being very quiet. We used street parking for our entire stay and never had trouble finding permit-free parking nearby. The hosts have great communication and the neighbors and very friendly. The only negatives are that the upstairs neighbors have a baby so we were occasionally awoken by crying, and there is limited natural light. However, we would absolutely stay here again as the location and value are hard to beat!

We loved Margaret's place - it was perfectly located in our favorite area in San Francisco, that being Cole Valley. It's a very short walk to a great variety of restaurants, boutiques, vintage shopping, and cafes. The apartment itself was quaint, stocked with all the necessary amenities. Margaret was super responsive and friendly. If we're looking for a spot to stay in San Francisco again, we'll definitely come back!
