Drink a morning coffee while luxuriating in your private bedroom suite set in an Art Deco home. The cozy bedroom features a separate entrance, a remodeled en suite bathroom with luxurious amenities, and access to vibrant neighborhoods nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are on their own level and receive morning light. The owner's level is on the second floor. Guests may access the backyard and use the second floor kitchen if requested. Enjoy your own private room and en suite bath with its own entrance. Come and go as you please, with complete privacy. The room is fully furnished with a lovely queen sized bed with a down comforter and lots of pillows. Quality sheets and towels, and a calm, clean and tranquil location make this a wonderful place to start your San Francisco adventure. You have a full, private level in the house. The room and bath have internet access and a large flat screen TV. Toiletries are provided. Come and go as you please. You have your own level and your own entrance. I am always here if you need but feel free to make this your private retreat if you choose. The surrounding area is mostly single family houses with a quaint, old-world San Francisco feel. The home is also walking distance from Cole Valley, the Haight, and the Castro. The 37 bus is the best way to get around. You are also only a short walk (10 minutes) to the Castro Muni station.

Sun rolls into this bedroom suite with windows on three sides. Large living room with radiant heat (nothing like a warm floor!) A sofa-bed with chaise, reading lamp and work/ eating table complete the room. A kitchenette along the wall includes fridge/ freezer, hot water pot, coffee pot, microwave & dishes. The closet fits the queen size bed just right! And has hanging space & cubbies for storage. Modern bathroom with large shower. Private entrance via shared utility hallway ensures privacy.

At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!
