Vacation rentals with a pool in Montpon-Ménestérol

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

We just spent a week in this pretty semi-detached house, certainly not overlooked, well-insulated house. A very spacious house, tastefully decorated. Absolutely everything is new. Three large bedrooms with good quality bedding and very well protected bedding. Abundant storage (closet in every room in the house). Our children loved the pool, the parents too but it was missing a few degrees in view of the cool nights. Air conditioning is also a plus for this listing. We only used it for a few hours because honestly the house held the coolness very well (knowing that it was over 30° all week). Pleasant surprise also to see in the kitchen: salt, peppers, spices, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. Quantity of bath towels, no complaints, perfect. In short, I don't have much room to thank Alain for his very warm welcome, he won't hesitate to share with you the wonders to visit in his beautiful region which he speaks about with heart.

Stayed here for the month of July. Lovely home with a private garden for my dog. Host lives downstairs so is always available to help

A beautiful house with everything we needed in a very peaceful hamlet.We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and exploring the local area.

We had a lovely stay with friends to celebrate the new year. We enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace and the view from the main gite. Hot tub and sauna was a plus!

Very short stay as part of a training, but still much appreciated. Listing with quality amenities and thoughtfully appointed. What to do is also left available, it's nice, as well as the little touches of the owners. Interesting exchanges with Jean-Paul about village life and nearby birds. A "nature" break from hosts who respect it. Don't hesitate!

Orphea's house offers something unique, it is the kitchenette, pool house, terrace, pool. It is the pleasant living space of a garden that is beautiful, probably the most beautiful and useful I have ever had on AirBnB. The house is not without charm, offering a welcoming seating area with a gigantic table and large and functional kitchen. The master bedroom facing the pool is a delight. My stay was almost perfect. The small faults are: the fireplace that smells very strong in the wind, which perfumes the sofas, some equipment is worn (drain, shower bean), it is sorely missing a toilet on the 1st floor and the floating hardwood floor makes a lot of noise. We will regret a quality inequality between the bedrooms, one of them without a window was really unsavory (so 7 people more than 9), but it will disappear in favor of a dorm + bathroom/toilet. No cleaning products available, and €15/pers for linens.

The AirBnB is beautiful - it was as described and how it looked in the photos. It was extremely well equipped too and very well thought out. It was easy to find and Nora, the host, was on hand for an early check in luckily. It does require a car but anywhere in the area would. You could probably walk into Pellegrue but you would be walking on high speed roads without pavements. The villa has beautiful views to wake up to too. My only recommendation would be to bring a sleep mask if you personally need total blackout - the natural sunlight does peek through the shutters but the rooms are still somewhat dark (although my toddler did not wake early despite doing so at home if her room is not pitch-black). Nora was a great host! She was able to provide a second travel cot without any trouble when asked. She responded super quickly and was amenable throughout our entire stay. Would recommend and would return in the height of summer to this beautiful place.
