This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€6.25 per person/per night) IS INCLUDED in the nightly price.

Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood, located between Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6,25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.

Spacious, comfortable, bright, quiet. This apartment is located in Eixample Esquerra, one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona, right in the center, where the city's local, cultural, and gastronomic life takes place. Close to everything there is to see, one block from the metro, easily accessible from the airport and Sants train station, one block from the Mercat del Ninot, one of the best preserved local authenticities and not full of mass tourism.
