Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Montefiascone

The place more than met expectations. Very comfortable, everything works well and it has everything you need. The place is beautiful! With spectacular scenery all around. It's a medieval castle on top of a mountain. In our case, the difficulty we encountered is that our idea was to move around to visit surrounding cities, from Rome to Florence, and the accommodation is not easily accessible.

We spent two nights with the high school class to celebrate the 100-day junior exam. Super quiet place, easily found (just a little complex the climb to get there) and surrounded by beautiful nature. Everything was super clean and very well kept by Alfredo, who was always very helpful. Given the location, in the middle of the countryside and about 15 minutes from the nearest village, it is a highly recommended experience for groups of friends looking to take a few days to relax. Simple and beautiful bedrooms, a very nice spa, and an outdoor bathtub make the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Beautiful kitchen located under the farmhouses dedicated to the rooms, where there are 2 tables outside and one inside that allow you to eat all together. Overall the overall cleanliness, things to do and serenity flew these days, making this experience wonderful!

Everything was super great!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

Amazing place Restored , equipped and decorated house with taste. Very responsive host. Absolute Quiet Random Wi-Fi. Payment of electricity in addition not pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!
