Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Viterbo

A nice comfortable, spacious and clean house. Miranda and her son were very helpful and kind. The view of the beautiful sea, quiet area in a great location.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organized. Every detail had been taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and courteously answering all our questions. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-above-average experience. It was a complete experience for us.

Welcoming, kind, excellent location for a stop that broke the journey to our destination, a terrace with a beautiful view of the Lazio countryside, even if adjacent to the highway.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

The Rosa "Belle Ange" Villa was the absolute perfect destination to end our Italian holiday. The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Jacopo is a thoughtful and attentive host. The fresh produce and beverages stocked in the fridge were a great touch. When we had a slight issue, he responded quickly to correct the problem. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

It was 3 really pleasant days, the setting was splendid and Gloria's farmhouse is really well kept and enhanced! Gloria was extremely kind and helpful from start to finish.

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

Our stay at this countryside villa in Todi was nothing short of magical. The property itself is breathtaking — surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and the tranquil beauty of Umbria. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a sparkling pool overlooking the valley. Each morning felt like a dream as we sipped coffee under the pergola and watched the sun rise over the countryside. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warmth and generosity of our host. Claudia and Alessandro welcomed us with a tasting of Alessandro’s homemade olive oil, which was absolutely divine. They also offered a selection of local wines and even Claudia’s own natural skin care products, all crafted with care and authenticity. This stay was the perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and indulgence. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return.

Really classy house, very spacious for two families of four and beautifully furnished. The pool was amazing, cleaned everyday and large. The kids loved it. The location is the highlight - very private on its own hill in a simply stunning part of Umbria. The surroundings have to be seen to be believed. So many beautiful, medieval hill-top villages and towns - and Rome- only 45m by train from nearby Orte. Only issues are mosquitos which you get everywhere at this time of year (and citronella candles work well) and a house book/manual would be helpful. I’d highly recommend this host and property and would definitely visit again.
