The house and the entire complex were beautiful. The furnishings were of very high quality, the beds were excellent. Since we unfortunately had a lot of bad luck with the weather, we/our children were very happy about the hot tub. Especially suitable for guests with dogs. The contact with Daniela was great and her father was also very helpful and very likeable. Thanks for everything

The perfect getaway with magnifico views. Great hosts, super good food, open to help and organize what you need. Very nice jacuzzi with hot / cold water like a bath-tub. The only small problem are forficula bugs and spiders but if you want natural surroundings than that is the costs. All in all I highly recommend this place for a couple escape. We got lucky and the horses where there to see us when we woke up.

A truly relaxing stay in a really private , secluded setting with lovely views. Kate & Riccardo are amazing hosts, very proactive, knowledgeable and great people. The other reviews are spot on. If you’re seeking an authentic Tuscan countryside experience, that also comes with fantastic hosts, this is the perfect place. Easy day trips to many villages, like Pitigliano, Orvieto, & Lake Bolsena. You may also choose to just hang out all day at this magical property .

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The property is ideal for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything you need for a nice holiday including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended us very good restaurants and excursion destinations. Above all, many insider tips, i.e. no tourist strongholds but local ones where locals eat. We will be happy to come back 😊 Thank you Gianluca 👍

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both indoors and outdoors you can breathe in total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we particularly appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our almost 3-year-old son, finding an environment where you can really relax is not a given, and here we fully succeeded. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.

Beautiful country house surrounded by greenery. Clean and equipped with every comfort. We spent three days of pure relaxation. The garden is completely fenced and safe, ideal for those staying with pets. Communication with the host was perfect and clear from the start. Super recommended property, we will definitely be back!!

We had a great time with Benedetta: a plus the pool to relax, the large manicured garden and the quiet location, perfect for visiting the beautiful towns in the area. Benedetta's tips are very useful and the biscuits of the pastry shop La Dolce Vita di Orvieto are very useful.

Staying at this cottage was a wonderful experience! Beautiful view and Federica is a very kind person, really lovely! The cottage is very easy to reach, the rooms are clean and there is everything you need to spend a few days relaxing… the swimming pool, the solarium area and the animals are also beautiful. Perfect place for those with children or who want to relax surrounded by nature!

We had a great time at Angela and Enzo's place. We really appreciated their availability to make us feel at home. The decor is superb! Stefano and his wife Romina were amazing hosts. Always available to help and reply pretty quickly and proactive with local recommendations. The pace was really nice and cozy The location is quite private as you need to go through a not so busy road but it is a really nice path with lots of trees, bushes and wild animals that we saw (specially at night) Even though we had some issues in the airport and arrived way later that planned Romina, was always available and kind to be at the house to do the check in and and brief house tour. I completely recommend this place if you want a quiet place, cozy house and great hosts.

Our sty was wonderful, we had the peaceful location we were looking for, the kids found the space, playground, and animals to play with, the hoist Francesca and here mum were lovely with us, providing some local treats, felt really like home and having family members care. Place worth to visit with or without kids we really loved this place and will be pleased to do the experience again. Thanks for all.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

HOW WONDERFUL. Monte Labbro is a magical place, but we already knew that. The house, with its view, is so welcoming that you don't feel like getting back in the car. I've already told Franco, who is a very welcoming host, that we'll be back soon.

We were looking for tranquility, we discovered a paradise. A week immersed in peace, between relaxing in the pool and diving into the wildest waterfall, walks along the river and evenings among the brightest stars ever. It was hard to leave but we'll be back. Host always available and present when required. Merit note to the butcher and the village oven (mandatory car but for Celleno it is a few minutes)

Great for getting lost in the silence of nature, a few minutes' drive from Saturnia. Very well-kept accommodation in farmhouse-style stone, very evocative

The owners were very kind, they welcomed us very kindly and left us the basics for breakfast and the essentials, even more than you should, the rooms and the whole place very clean. As for the check-in and check-out times, they were very very flexible despite our ‘relaxed‘ times for the various family mishaps. Location scattered in nature, I will definitely be back

Really huge and clean apartment with everything you need to make the most of your stay. Functional spaces to be able to relax in the best way and girls at the reception are very helpful. The experience of free spas is also good after a day of walking. Highly recommended everything! Go back to
