The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

We had a fantastic stay here. The charming, peaceful village is beautiful, with exceptional views of the surrounding fields and hills. The terrace offers a perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets. There's a small Conad store nearby, and parking was always easy to find. The host was very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful stay and Lucio was very welcoming and his communication was fast and informative. The apartment was in a great location in walking distance of everything you want to see if Orvieto. Our phone reception was a bit patchy when we arrived into Orvieto due to the eSIM provider we used but all we had to do was find a spot with phone reception so we could reach Lucio to let him know we had arrived. He was very punctual with checkin.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

very peaceful place. Remote rural location, yet close to the town nearby. enjoyed swimming pool. you may only struggle little bit to get there in a low suspension car.

Wonderful stay from the moment we arrived. Quirky home with well equip kitchen. Local area is fantastic, and the little beach with private access was great.

Essential and practical apartment,if you need anything with cordiality it is immediately provided to you. Immersed in the countryside with the owners always present . A structure that accommodates up to 20 people, so quiet and private . Country five minutes away , 10 sea and many places to visit in the area . Pool and outdoor spaces great added value

Villa Elciarelli is located in a fantastic location - a few minutes away from the beautiful Civitella del Lago and ~30 mins away from Orvieto centro. The large apartment (which covers the entire first floor of a two-story villa) enjoys a panoramic and peaceful view over the Umbrian hills covered in olive trees, vines and wild flowers. The house is well equipped and welcoming with an old French countryside vibe. The children rooms had board games, toys and many interesting books. We were the only guests there so it felt mostly private. The pool, which was much larger than we expected, is shared with the hosts. Marco and Nicole were kind and welcoming hosts. We very much enjoyed getting to know them and their family. We think villa Elciarelli is a great option for those looking for a rural getaway in the Umbrian countryside.

We had a wonderful stay in Orvieto! Firm but comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Well stocked kitchen. A/C in the bedrooms that worked well. Shutters on windows kept the rooms dark for sleeping. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Wonderful walkable town.

There were 8 of us and a baby. We had rented an apartment and 3 bedrooms for 14 nights. The listings were clean, perfect pool, easy to access, a host always very responsive to the slightest request. Very friendly cleaning women, cleaning done after 7 days and change of bed sheets offered by the host for better comfort 👌 Microwave available on request for baby bottles (thank you again) We had a great time and will be back no problem PS: If you go there to party, respect other families or people on site 🙂

We only had a night to stay in Cristiana’s place but it was the perfect pit stop. Prior to the trip, she answered any questions and requests very quickly. She even sent a video on how to access the home. We asked her for parking recommendations and she responded within minutes. The actual place itself was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and check out the next day was easy.

Cleanliness, availability, hospitality and friendliness are the values that distinguish Simona and her apartment; in fact, she was readily available to support us, both by phone and in person, with our requests. Apartment strategically located near the beautiful "Città del Tufo": Sorano, Sovano and Pitigliano (about 10/15 minutes) and the Cascate del Mulino. I recommend it! The typical products sold in the nearby grocery store are also excellent.

We had a great stay in Sutri! The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-located for exploring the historic center. Sara was a kind and responsive host who made check-in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. A peaceful place to rest and recharge during our Italian adventure — highly recommend!

Very well designed place. Modern kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Nice spot close to restaurants and attractions points. Self check-in was a breeze. Helped accomodate an earlier check-in time. Beds were super comfy. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks, very appreciated after a long travel day. Washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Items that can bring the experience to a higher level : 1) small couch instead of the two chairs 2) get the shower drain to work better as water puddles after 3 mins of running water.

The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. I've never found so many services offered in one place. Eliana was immediately available to provide us with a camping cot with all the essentials and a high chair for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my baby immediately plundered! In the kitchen you have everything you need to make tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, super approved accommodation!

I was already hosted by Daniele in August 2023 and the pleasant memory I had was reconfirmed by the precious care for cleaning, cooking (complete with condiments, medium mocha, detergents, dishes), air conditioning and TV in front of the bed, peace and serenity (top for escapes from Rome). I would like to add that I sent the booking request with very little advance notice and Daniele was super helpful. Excellent self check-in and perfect location (Coop a few steps away and in the historic center). With your own vehicle, you are 10 minutes from the beautiful nature reserve of Lake Vico and adjacent to dozens of wonderful sites of historical/artistic value.
