Recently renovated with great attention to maintaining the character of a 16th-century building, it is located in the historic part of the town on the main access road to the old village: Via Cacciagliatri.

The B&B is located in a rural area of the Orvieto hills and is 15 km from the center of Orvieto; precisely on the Umbro Casertinese state road - Biagio locality - which leads from Orvieto to Montefiascone.
