Enrico was wonderful and Jennifer was amazing. They worked to make sure we had a pleasant visit. They were very friendly and very helpful. All of our needs were met with friendly attention.

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time! Kindness, availability and a house with a really nice and relaxing lake view. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back. 😃😃

I wish I could give more stars, only 5 cannot describe the qualities of the property and the host. After a very quick and very practical check-in I opened the door and found myself in front of an environment clean and tidy. I was speechless when I looked out from the terrace overlooking the lake, which has privacy crazy. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook, the room has a very comfortable mattress, the bathroom, in addition to being beautiful, also has a large shower. Thank you Maria Maddalena for this beautiful experience you gave me.

A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and nature! The accommodation is a short walk from the lake, a priceless location for those who love walking or simply enjoying the view. The tranquility of the place is a great point in its favor, ideal for getting away from the daily routine. One of the aspects we appreciated is the equipped outdoor area, also perfect for those traveling with their dog. In addition, the host Marta was extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to leave the house well after check-out time, which made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway.

Comfortable apartment, very clean, located inside a beautiful garden. Easily reached by car and with the possibility of parking on the property. Friendly hosts and very attentive to our needs. Very pleasant hospitality and knowledge of the guests. Super recommended.

We stayed a few days after Ferragosto with my family... what can I say?? a really pleasant stay, the house is very nice, welcoming, completely matching the description. Then the sea a stone's throw away is worth the "price of the ticket"!!! A special mention goes to Mara and her sister Irene, truly wonderful people. We'll definitely be back next year.

Alberto is a kind and helpful host. Casa Bedelia is in a strategic position to visit Capodimonte and other villages overlooking Lake Bolsena, such as Marta and Bolsena, as well as Viterbo and Bomarzo. 5/5, thank you for everything!

Staying at Paolo's place was really relaxing. Everything was as described and the location was really great, a two-minute walk to the lake and not far from beaches and restaurants. A special compliment goes to the host's availability who has always responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended

If you ever wanted to stay in a warm hearted village with endless charm, this is your place. A great restaurant within 2 minutes walking, and a fantastic beach on the lake within 15 minutes drive. The village is as advertised with tight "roads" that transform into a sitting room to socialise on a warm day. And no matter the temperature outside, it was 10-20C cooler inside. Mara is excellent to work with. Only knock on this place is the confusing recycling...but with a little effort I think we got the hang of it.

I stayed at this property with my husband and we found the accommodation clean, located in a quiet, beautiful area and close to great restaurants and bars! We were happy!

Lorena was great, she was really kind and polite, and when we arrive she was there waiting for us and willing to explain to us everything. Also in our last day, she let us to stay longer in the apartment until our taxi came to pick us up. And she helped us to organise the taxi trip to the airport. The apartment was simple but we have everything that we needed, and the views were awesome.

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

We LOVED our stay! Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. She even brought us warm pastries in the morning. The kitchen had all the necessities, the rooms were big, and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. We had space to spread out, a pool for the warmer days, lemons off the tree for our spritzes, and fabulous lake views and sunsets. We didn’t have a car, but it was an easy walk to the beaches and to the center of town. We spent two weeks enjoying ourselves at La Cupoletta and can’t wait to go back!
