Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Viterbo

This place is amazing it is in a class by itself comfortable with views which keep us coming back We did and we will again

the space is large and sufficiently furnished. The bed was good and the bathroom with walk-in shower excellent . The center of the nice old town is within walking distance (10 minutes) and supermarkets around the corner (3 minutes walk) Breakfast in the village is excellent the accommodation is a great base for trips to Bolseno , Orvieto or very nice sculpture park in Bomarzo. Swimming is a great option in the lake

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

Being at Patricia and Angelo's house was like being at mom's house. With the freedom to come and go, but with a lot of affection, we felt at home. The house is much better than in the photos, the place has easy access, is extremely clean and has all the necessary amenities, a real gem. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

This was our 5th trip to Orvieto and this AirBnB is the absolute winner. We called it our Palazzito--small palace. Everything was top notch--from the decorations to the furnishings to the amenities. And the rooftop patio is stupendous Highly recommended!

Great house, comfortable and very atmospheric, with a lot of character. Excellent location just outside of the walls of the town, perfect base to explore Umbria. The house is spacious, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay. Eleonora is very welcoming, helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our 1-week stay in Villa Dorata so much and would highly recommend it for your future vacation in Todi/Umbria!

Fantastic stay in a magical place. It is a small, quiet village, but at the same time it has everything you need: cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and above all: friendly people. The apartment is very spacious and provided with everything you need. The hosts provide herbs, soap, detergent, coffee. Super! The roof terrace is a gem: always sunny! We stayed to celebrate holidays and to work, and that is quite possible because the wifi is super. Close to the forest, Lago di Vico and Viterbo. In short: you don't have to be bored for a moment. The host is easily accessible and always friendly. Please note: the Abbazia makes a lot of noise, all day long. So sleeping in is not an option ;-)

We stayed with Maria Argia for our first family vacation, she and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, they provided a cot and responded promptly to my requests to facilitate the trip with a newborn. Beautiful and clean studio with everything you need to cook and eat at home, as we often did. Usable and relaxing outdoor patio, very convenient indoor parking space. On foot in a very short time you can get to both the lake and the beautiful village of Bolsena, they then suggested what to see nearby. Super recommended.

The house is tidy and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought ingredients from the surrounding supermarkets to enjoy a delicious dinner.The balcony of the master bedroom is facing the lake, the view is very good, the balcony is below the restaurant bar, you can walk by the lake downstairs.Luca is very nice, very timely feedback on the questions we asked, the check-in went smoothly, because the parking lot suddenly charged, Luca also took the initiative to provide us with breakfast, if there is a chance, I will stay again.Wishing Luca a prosperous business and a prosperous future!

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well-furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really many. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after returning from visits. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Super satisfied with our stay. Valentina was immediately available and responsive in communicating. The accommodation is kept extremely clean. The area is quiet and you can get to the center of Viterbo in a few minutes. In the case of a return, we know where to stay.
