Vacation rentals with a patio in Montefiascone

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

Wonderful apartment. The apartment has all the necessary accessories. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional. We found a toilet kit in every room and everything you need for a good breakfast. Andrea was very clear from the start about the house rules and showed maximum availability. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, so we recommend behavior appropriate to the area.

Thanks for a memorable stay in Umbria! We were thrilled from the start. Annalisa and Ulli are very warm and welcoming hosts who have very special recommendations for the area. The location is perfect to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We were there for three weeks to work; the Wi-Fi works on the entire premises, so you can also sit on your laptop in beautiful shady spots under the pergola or by the pool. We will remember this beautiful time for a long time!

The apartment and the location in the heart of the historic center are fantastic. The house is comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and what stands out is the impeccable cleanliness—everything is spotless, from the fabrics to the details that make the apartment even more beautiful. Notable touches include amenities like disposable makeup removers, a shaving kit, soap, shampoo, and some ingredients for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking if you wish. You’re close to Piazza del Mercato, which can be reached via the escalator from the apartment. The historic center is stunning, and all the main attractions are easily accessible from here, such as the beautiful Ponte delle Torri, surrounded by lush greenery. In just one day, I was able to capture the essence of medieval Spoleto. Although I'd like to keep this place secret just for myself, I’m happy to share it to thank Erik and Elena for their kindness. I will definitely return. Thank you!

Andrea was helpful and helpful in terms of accommodation and problem-solving. Although the Pellet heating was a problem in terms of cleanliness, she anticipated the problems with the remote burma and was helpful. The only problem was the stove was very full of gas and dirt. This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Very good accommodation in the countryside to discover Rome with family. Rome is accessible in 30 minutes via the Cesano train. Spacious and clean house in a peaceful area. Very welcoming host and very responsive. We recommend

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

Ilva was very helpful and easy to work with and we felt right at home in her cozy place. Enjoying the beautiful views from the deck was always fun and restaurants and site were so closeby. We would stay here again. Thank you, Ilva!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Stefania's place was truly a dream, as described. So much care and thought has been taken and it shows throughout every detail big and small. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable while the kitchen was extremely functional and welcoming—there was even a big bowl of oranges left alongside a juicer for us to squeeze our own fresh juice every morning. It was the perfect little oasis, smack in the center of charming Spello, and I only hope to be so lucky to return again.

ROMINA WELCOMED US AS IF WE ALREADY KNEW EACH OTHER, IN THE DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN SHE WAS VERY AVAILABLE TO US. THE HOUSE REFLECTS ALL THE DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS. A VERY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
