House vacation rentals in Montefiascone

Beautiful accommodation to spend a weekend in peace with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is splendid. We will be happy to return.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We loved Elena’s place and wish we could have stayed longer to just relax and soak it in. The property is beautiful - the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Elena provided a couple of restaurant recommendations that were spot on. We would definitely return!

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

Everything was OK!

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

The house is quiet, cozy, very equipped kitchen, natural environment in the countryside, outdoor space where to be with children, and the host Tiziana is very friendly and thoughtful. A couple of delicious days.

Beautiful and equipped house with everything, with lots of greenery around and a beautiful lake view. Coming to us in spring or summer must be beautiful to have breakfast or eat on the porch overlooking the lake. Yes, it is in the countryside but in 10 minutes you can reach the lake and in 45 minutes you can reach Rome.

Everything is perfect, the environment is cozy and the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a week at Villa Letizia with great pleasure. The villa is charming and well equipped and full of local character, set in a magical and peaceful landscape. Everything you need is within a short distance. Letizia is charming and always available. We are grateful for the wonderful vacation and happily recommending it.

Great location in the center of Porchiano, a village delight with a really nice view. And the house is right on the so-called "turn" of the walls from which to enjoy the landscape. The house has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. And Sonia and Tommaso are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.

We spent New Year's Eve at this wonderful house, in the middle of a garden, with all the necessary comforts. Fabrizio and Saverio are two wonderful and kind hosts as well as very attentive to the needs of the customer. the spa a few kilometers away and the cleanliness of the perfect house are also elements not to be underestimated! We will be back and highly recommend this place!

The house is located in a quiet and "green oasis." It is very well maintained, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it. Ideally located for exploring in all directions: Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Trevi, Sibellini, etc. We were personally welcomed and seen off by Patrizia and Maurizio. They were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Thank you so much for everything you two!

If I could give this home 10 stars I would! The house is beautiful, had everything we could ever need and was so comfortable for us with 5 adults and 2 kids! Paola was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful with things to do around Castelnuovo di Porto, even made us reservations for dinner at a local pizzeria which was delicious! She also made us an AMAZING cake and fresh eggs from her chickens. We were blown away by the entire experience. Thank you Paola! If we are ever to be able to come back to Italy, we will absolutely be staying here!
