Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Great place for a short or a long staying right in Viterbo center. This is a beautiful fully furnished apartment with all amenities close by. You will immediately feel home and Vincenzo is a great host. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

Where can I rate 6 stars here again? Jette and Antonio's estate is a paradise that is run with a lot of heart. The pool and view are simply stunning, the cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need and the tranquillity of the idyllic garden is a fabulous contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rome. The metropolis can be easily reached by train from the nearest railway station, but there are also many picturesque towns and villages in the surrounding Latium to discover. Antonio and Jette provide guests with personalised tips and are great hosts!

Andrea was an amazing host that welcome us and gave us a tour of the Airbnb when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! It was a real pleasure to stay in Franco's beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. In person it's even more beautiful than in the photos! Franco was very helpful and welcomed us, making us feel at home. Really a nice place where we'd love to go back!

The perfect rustic get away. Great value for an authentic Italian countryside get away. Lovely pool and trampoline for the kids, comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen, friendly host who left us home baked treats and breakfast bits and was always happy to make a recommendation or give us lemons and eggs from the garden. We can’t wait to go back!

holiday home "la brtonara" is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery 2 steps from Viterbo.... beautiful pool, beautiful apartment, equipped with everything but just everything to spend a vacation between relaxation and culture... the owners are fantastic..... kind, available and never intrusive.... every morning they pampered us with excellent homemade treats (very good)... what to say... beautiful experience, I hope to be able to return as soon as possible.... thank you Mauro, thank you Nadia.... you were the top!!!!

Exactly as described, in the old town of Pitigliano. Perfect location to visit in addition to Pitigliano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, Manciano, Sovana, Sorano and many beautiful villages, in a couple of days you can have food and wine, cultural and healthy experiences. Everything was beautiful, even the weather was gracious even if not perfect, however the line with the season.

Spent again the night on our way back from Sicily. We were very happy with Paolos place like the first time.

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

The house is beautiful and very clean, fabulous hot tub, Anais is super helpful, an exceptional hostess. Nothing to say, except thank you for the stay, Soriano is a charming village. See you soon!

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended
