Amazing stay, would highly recommend

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Beautiful and well-kept villa wedged in a wonderful green corner in Anguillara Sabazia near Lake Bracciano. The first thing that is truly noteworthy is that the place showed up in front of us perfectly as indicated in the photos almost that we had the impression that we had already been there. The house is more than comfortable and cozy in every way, from the kitchen to the sleeping area ending with the amenities. Tastefully furnished, with the presence of national and international objects, also of a musical type that instills a pleasant sense of life lived and appreciated. My family and I had a great time and this was an element that has contributed a lot to the unforgettable success of our Easter weekend!!! If we come back here, we'll definitely consider it.

Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.
