Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montefiascone

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. We were greeted by Rina’s son who was very nice, friendly and prompt in answering any questions. The apartmebt is a stunning renovated Umbrian barn with fine Deruta ceramics inside. Cozy and immersed in the lovely countryside. We would higly recommend this place.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Small kitchen with living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Ideal location for exploring Umbria by car. 30-60 minutes to all main attractions. Large supermarket nearby. Nicoletta is a very nice hostess, immediate response to all questions and requests!

We had a great time in the apartment. The area is super walkable and quaint. Great value for the location and we loved the apartment. We would definitely recommend this airbnb to our friends and family.

Luigi’s place is something that simply cannot be put into words ❤️ The photos you see on the listing do not come even close to portraying the beauty of his home. The view from the terrace is more stunning than you could ever imagine and the interior of the home is incredibly charming. The village of Manciano is so quaint, and full of such friendly people. Every single place we ate was the best meal we’d eaten our entire trip, and all of the local staff and people were incredibly kind. I will recommend Luigi’s home to everyone, and I will probably return!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Orvieto! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed. It was very easy to access, and having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Terme di Saturnia is a 10-minute drive, but also convenient for visiting the Lake Bolsena area. Francesca is a very kind host, she recommended places to eat and local events!
