Just to note our home and the surrounding area has been completely unaffected by any of the unfortunately wildfires in the region. Please note that there are no Saturday checkouts. The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. The main deck off the dining room has a gas grill with patio seating. Our hot tub deck is adjacent and fully private- just you and the view! Our Zen bathroom with outdoor shower right off the deck means you have all you need without going back into the house. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury bedding. Towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Washer & Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided. Wine and Chocolate provided on arrival. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Hundreds of world-class wineries are a short drive away. Car is required. Uber and local taxi service are available Large Private Deck with Hot Tub, Outdoor shower and bathroom adjacent to deck. This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a huge backyard. It’s located on the golf course in Windsor. It is in walking distance to a great restaurant and just moments to the town green. There is a lovely hot tub for you to enjoy, as well as a fire pit, BBQ & hammock to lounge in the sun. Please note if you’re planning to party, this is NOT the home for you. The neighbors are very sensitive to loud noise outside the Quiet Hours and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Great relaxing home. The beds are comfortable and the interior is well appointed. Location is right on the river and has a great view of the redwoods and the river. Home is a bit older and kitchen supplies (knives and such) are a bit run down but nothing major to complain about. All in all a great stay and nice property.

Stunning Sauna Cottage Retreat on Private Vineyard

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the lodge for our one year wedding anniversary. It is located on the same property as their vineyard which makes for a beautiful, serene view and setup. During our stay, we did a very personal wine tasting with David in the main house. It truly is a cool experience and unlike any other wine tasting I have done before, not to mention the wine was very good! The lodge itself is cozy and relaxing with a private back patio looking into the trees and nature. I wasn’t so sure about the outdoor shower at first but it was actually really nice! Water warmed up really fast and the view is amazing. The bed is located upstairs which was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have trouble with mobility, the stairs leading to the bedroom are not easy to navigate and there are more stairs from the parking lot to the lodge with some uneven ground at times. If you are fine with stairs and some walking, it is well worth it!

John was very warm and welcoming, the place was nice, and the setting was beautiful. It was so fun and peaceful to stay in the trees. We hiked a little bit around the property and it was really pretty with the creek and all of the redwoods. We saw lots of newts and banana slugs. Overall we had a great stay!

Nancy’s place is spectacular! 3 adult couples is perfect for this beautiful comfortable Home. This house is 30 minutes from the larkspur ferry which makes it easy to get to the city or the giants game. Close to shopping and make sure you go to Lombardi’s Gourmet Deli just around the block. Nancy was great to work with and super responsive. Make this your home base and you won’t be sorry.

Riverwood Cottage - Hot Tub, Direct River Access!

Our family of three had a wonderful time at Riverwood! We appreciated the thoughtful touches -tea kettle, garlic press, as well as books and guides to local history, flora and fauna. The home was clean and comfortable, and the grounds were enchanting! Buttercups bloomed along the path to the river, and the redwood trees towered overhead. The back porch offered a gorgeous view and vantage point to enjoy the birds and wildlife! Don't forget your binoculars! While it was foggy during our springtime stay, the hot tub, claw foot bathtub and fireplace kept us cozy. Town, river beaches, Armstrong Redwoods state park and Jenner by the Sea are all easily accessible from the property's location. Riverwood was a very peaceful and beautiful place to be! Sangeeta was a communicative and attentive host. We had a seamless stay, and no problem finding the property. Communication and directions were all very clear and detailed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Jonsey made for an amazing weekend getaway. The van is decked out with everything you need and more! Jill (or Rob in our case) went through all the details on operating everything and made it very easy. It attracts some attention and everywhere we went people wanted to see it and know more. we stayed 3 nights and went to 3 locations nearby. The first night we went to Russian River brewery in Windsor. They let you car camp in their parking lot and worked great. The second night we stayed at Johnsons Beach campgrounds in Guerneville. It has nice hot showers. It is a bit tight getting the van in the spot, but the spot we had was right up front so it worked out. If you stay here carefully consider the site selection. For the 3rd night we drove out to Bodega Bay and stayed at Westside Regional Park. It felt a little crowded with sites close together but beautiful views of the bay and we walked to Spud Point Crab Company for breakfast in the morning - the best clam chowder and crab role!
