Book a relaxing massage outside on the deck or inside in a cozy bedroom. Hire our private chef for a delicious dinner cooked on premises. Just to note our home and the surrounding area has been completely unaffected by any of the unfortunately wildfires in the region. Please note that there are no Saturday checkouts. The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. Upper Level: Kitchen, Dining/Living area: Rock & Roll Den: Queen Day Bed Living Room: Fold out sleeper couch with select number mattress ½ bath with toilet and sink Hot tub deck: Zen bathroom with daybed and large private outdoor shower with view. Lower Level: Vintage Americana Suite: Queen Bed in main room and twin bed in attached Sun room. Private Deck. Paris Bedroom: Queen Bed Full Bath with Shower The house has a fully equipped kitchen, well-stocked pantry and a comfortable living room/dining room area with a large television, premium channels and wireless internet access. The main deck off the dining room has a gas grill with patio seating. Our hot tub deck is adjacent and fully private- just you and the view! Our Zen bathroom with outdoor shower right off the deck means you have all you need without going back into the house. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury bedding. Towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Washer & Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided. Wine and Chocolate provided on arrival. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Hundreds of world-class wineries are a short drive away. Car is required. Uber and local taxi service are available Large Private Deck with Hot Tub, Outdoor shower and bathroom adjacent to deck. This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a huge backyard. It’s located on the golf course in Windsor. It is in walking distance to a great restaurant and just moments to the town green. There is a lovely hot tub for you to enjoy, as well as a fire pit, BBQ & hammock to lounge in the sun. Please note if you’re planning to party, this is NOT the home for you. The neighbors are very sensitive to loud noise outside the Quiet Hours and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

Kelly's place was great for our family Thanksgiving getaway. Sunsets were great over the river, and every afternoon several deer visited the backyard. The hot tub was a great benefit after a hike up the Islands in the Sky trail. Kelly was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. I just wish there were more pictures posted of the courtyard/grounds as it was difficult to gauge how far the separate areas were spaced out (each sleeping area had its own entrance). But it worked well for our group, and overall we had a great time and will definitely keep Kelly's place in mind for future trips!

We enjoyed our stay here! Nice place surrounded by beautiful trees and has really pretty sky lights. Place was clean and instructions given for check in were detailed and easy to follow. Griselda is very kind and easy to work with. We had an incident where the dishwasher stopped working and she had a repair person come in the next hour. Very responsive and kindly offered both late check out and early check in. Would recommend and stay here again!

The privacy, home design, and layout of the property were exceptional. A rainy weekend by any fireplace is special, here it was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Adrian has beautifully appointed the interior. My stay was intentionally quiet and cozy but the style of the house had me wishing I was entertaining many friends. Frank Lloyd Wright would be proud.

We went up for Thanksgiving and had a great time. Check-in was easy, the house was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The deck and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The fireplace was nice to sit by and chill. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks as the river was very swollen from recent storms, but maybe next time. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We had a great weekend at Robin’s Airbnb. Good location/ close to stores, but also felt very private and peaceful.. it was a beautiful sunny/ hot weekend in Santa Rosa and we spent the whole time outside by the pool/ hot tub, it was exactly what we needed. Robin was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!
