Monthly Rentals in Monmouth

Fab place, very quiet, leafy and peaceful. Lovely spot allowing access to Monmouth town centre in two mins inthe car, so great to grab a takeaway and bring it back or eat out in the many restaurants.

I cannot recommend this cottage enough, to be honest the pictures do not do it full justice! It is a lovely, cute and cosy place to stay and has everything you need for a little break, loved the fact it had a selection of tea and coffee bags and salt/pepper/oil for cooking. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, bed super comfy, lovely sofa with cushions and blanket. I especially loved the wood-burner style electric fire in the lounge which was much appreciated after a day out in our "summer" weather :D and the cute animal footrests. Philippa was super friendly and accommodating. The cottage is located only a 5 minute walk from Monmouth's main street with plenty of shops/bars/supermarkets etc and near the river. There is also a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs so you could sit outside if the weather allows!. Honestly if you are thinking of booking a hotel room in Monmouth, stay here instead - you won't be disappointed! :)

Hal and Katie‘s flat is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Their kitchen is wonderfully well- equipped. The flat is conveniently situated a few minutes from the town centre and there are many opportunities for days out and walks.

Perfect for our short visit to Monmouth and walking the Three Castles route. Victoria was a great communicator, responding immediately to any query. There were several pubs and eateries nearby when we didn't feel like cooking, but it was also easy to rustle up a simple meal in the modern kitchen. Comfy beds, a fantastic shower, and a peaceful location led to a good night's sleep.
