At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Simple, modern log cabin with open plan sitting/kitchen/dining with double sofa bed & a double bedroom and bathroom. 50 metres behind the farmhouse, away from the road and screened by trees. There are board games, books, toys etc. Wifi available, basic CD player/radio plus CDs Garden furniture for sitting out. Homemade firepit. Farm to wander over. Animals to see. Good places to eat out. We are 3.2 miles from the wonderful market town of Abergavenny, gateway to the Beacons National Park. We have amazing views of Skirrid Mountain and countryside. You can roam freely around our 5 acres of land/garden . We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

The cabin is suitable for 2 people, open living area with kitchen. Mezzanine level bedroom with a beautiful glass roof for stargazing, en-suite wet room. Private outdoor seating area with fire pit. Welsh cakes, Eggs, milk provided to enjoy in the peaceful countryside. We do not accept Hens/Stags, Parties or Pets.

Tucked away in a remote spot over looking the Golden Valley , this peaceful retreat is the ideal place for your weekend getaway . Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .
