Antonella was very kind and super helpful in recommending restaurants and activities nearby. The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of anything that may interest/serve you. It has everything you need to spend a weekend without too many worries, highly recommended!

Was located in a great spot in Modena, 2 minutes from the city center & Duomo. Host was very responsive and helpful, place was was pristine as well!

This was my 4th time visiting Modena and I was here for 6 weeks. Elisabetta's place is perfect for long or short-term stays. She offered a weekly cleaning service which was flexible according to my schedule. There is a washer and iron which helped because I only packed about a week's worth of clothes. Also, there's a nice small kitchen and an espresso maker, along with a water kettle for tea. The location is just a few minutes from the Albinelli Market, where I got all my food supplies plus I had lunch there many times at the various places inside. The apartment is in the heart of Modena and the perfect place to stay. Elisabetta was very responsive to any issues that arose and took care of them right away. I would definitely recommend Elisabetta's place to anyone visiting Modena. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect location right next to the market, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out a bit. Appreciated a little firmer mattress and the washing machine is a life saver. Could use a few more kitchen tools (if you actually plan on food prep). The Nespresso machine was a welcome addition! It’s located in a beautiful building and was quiet during the week. Friday was a bit louder but it’s worth it to stay at such a great place.
