Beautiful house and great experience especially in large groups even with children

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

We had a very pleasant stay, in a spacious house, with the charming touches that make you enjoy your stay, Giulinana and Mauro are remarkable hosts, very kind and considerate, we very much appreciated their availability, their discretion and their help. Great customer relationship!!!!!

Renate's house in Poiano is in a fantastic location. It's incredibly quiet and you have a great view. We particularly enjoyed the hiking opportunities. (For this, we also accepted a journey by car to climb Monte Cusna or Monte Cisa etc. A corresponding app is helpful.) The area offers a lot for all hiking desires and degrees of incline, usually we met only max. 5 people a day; the Italian inhabitants are very friendly! On the mountain bike tours we often ended up in blackberry thorns etc. ; more for the very experienced. We absolutely enjoyed the 14 days!

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a work retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and the common spaces - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Vittoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

There is an amusement park and a park right in front, and the natural environment is so good. The house was also very usable in each space. Hosts love people and especially children. From board games to skating, soccer, and table tennis, they helped me enjoy the space and stick to my schedule.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Great stay, beautiful house with a peaceful location. Mariana was a great host and would highly recommend getting the breakfast.

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

Last Instant Book Reservation. A beautiful fully renovated farmhouse with private swimming pool, large outdoor space and convenient parking; inside we found all the amenities as described. Unparalleled view of the Bolognese hills a few kilometers from Bologna. We had a great time, great relaxation, we will surely come back and I recommend it to all those who want to get away from the daily routine. Great for families with kids, too.
