Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Seppur trovandosi vicino alla stazione la zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita da servizi di ogni genere: bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, gelaterie, supermercati, negozi. Posizione ottimale per: Museo Lamborghini,Bologna,Modena,Ciclovia del Sole,Unipol Arena,Bologna Fiere.

By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes.
