we arrived easily following Giacomo's precise directions and found everything we were looking for, nature, silence and relaxation! Not in the background, the property offered all the living spaces described by the host. I highly recommend it to those who "want to unplug." The local trattorias are also excellent.

Magnificent historic place, magnificent host: Caterina was always attentive to us, communication was very fast and she is wonderful, without being overwhelming, but always ready to help us. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in an authentic place, in direct contact with nature and with the best possible host. We will definitely be back. A big hug to Caterina

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

We stayed at Paolo’s and Federica’s place and it was the highlight of our Italy trip. Federica went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, providing recommendations and helpful tips. The place overlooks the most breathtaking view of the mountainside and has all the comforts of home. We loved staying there and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Beautiful home we loved the surroundings very much and the room with kitchen was perfect for us. We cooked and ate breakfast and dinner outside every evening. The ping pong and honesty bar were bonus! Pool was great too all in all we loved it and would stay again!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you very much, Piero and Everest, who was our contact. We had a problem with our rental car and Everest was kindly able to pick us up at the station. Even without a car, we found it is very manageable with an about 20 minutes walk to the train station. The house is very nice and we loved the nature. And the pie that the hosts prepared for us is to die for! Many thanks for everything, we definitely recommend Piero’s place.

I spent a couple of days in a medieval tower that seems to have come out of an ancient dream, or maybe from another life. It is an experience that asks you to strip yourself of the superfluous, to return to feeling your breath, the wind through the cracks, the voice of the fire. Every corner of this tower tells of past stories, but it is not a museum: it is alive, it welcomes you with its rough authenticity and forces you to look within. No distractions, just the essentials. It's a perfect place for those who really need to disconnect and reconnect with themselves. If you hear the call, you already know you have to go.
