Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Modena

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! We had a really nice 6-night stay. The little house is an old renovated farm building. very charming, with exposed beams. it was comfortable. we liked the huge bedroom and living space. the kitchen is tiny but fine for what we used it for. The bathroom is accessed from the stairs. Parking right outside the door made things very easy. The location is great for exploring the many attractions in the area. We visited Bologna by walking 12 minutes to the railway station and taking a 45-minute train ride.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

I had a great, great time at Katia's beautiful apartment. Even though it's not at the city center, it is still not difficult to find since the tran station is 30 seconds on foot away from the apartment. The buses are also around the corner, so it was really a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for something convenient and don't mind not being directly by the old town. Katia is a super friendly person and she always responded very quickly to my further questions!

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Great host and location! Francesca was very helpful with lots of tips and tricks. The apartment is very close to all the attractions and has everything you’ll need. The street is not very busy but the bar downstairs was a bit noisy.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Grazia çok dost canlısıydı. Girişten önce valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdi. Ev çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın bir mesafedeydi.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful area with lots of cafés, restaurants, a beautiful museum and park right around the corner.

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Green Refuge is a perfectly equipped apartment in an ideal location right next to the main train station. Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back each day to such a comfortable space. Highly recommended!

Simona is a kind, helpful and responsive host. She gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Modena. She met us at the apartment and gifted us with some nice treats and traditional Easter cake. Simona also allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartment is exactly as described and even better than the photos. Simona’s kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and if you are into cooking as we are, it’s perfect. There is a fantastic market in town with lots of lovely fresh produce and two big supermarkets just outside of town. The apartment is literally minutes from great restaurants and not far from the centre of town. Simona provides a free parking space in the underground car park across the road, which is easy to use and ideal for exploring the wider area. If you are coming to Modena I whole heartedly recommend you stay at Simona’s apartment.

Great place to stay. All went well. I arrived by car and found the paid parking in the parallel street in the blue spots, I found it easier to download the app by scanning the barcode at the pay station.

Susanna og Alessandras lejlighed er perfekt til et ophold i Bologna. Der er 10 minutters gang til Piazza Maggiore, der er restauranter og indkøb lige i nærheden. Man kan gå til alt. Området er roligt. Vi havde en SKØN uge i Bologna.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.
