I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Paola’s place. From a very friendly and helpful check-in right through to leaving, Paola was very attentive and gave us some nice restaurant recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and just as described. Right in the centre of Bologna - just minutes walk from the two towers and some amazing piazzas and beautiful churches. We would thoroughly recommend the red city bus and mini-train to San Luca. You can get the train back down or walk the Portico. Both great options. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

The casetta is located on a quiet street, in a neighborhood close enough to the historic center to do everything on foot. Ideal for a family. Elisa is a friendly, welcoming and very responsive host who gives ideas for restaurants, in the neighborhood and in the center. Flyers and guides of Bologna are available in the apartment. The must: Elisa had left us everything we needed for breakfast in the morning.

We stayed only one night, spacious and very clean apartment; we had dinner with delicious products made by them; excellent hospitality and availability, we will definitely come back

Super cute apartment with a view across the valley. Beautiful place to wait out a rainstorm in. Loved the kitchen with a lot of light. Everything was very tastefully decorated, clearly with a personal touch. Stefano was super nice and welcoming.

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

all in all great especially if you have a car. fully equipped apartment clean, good kitchen good for family. liked the place i recommend providing shampoo and shower Gell. also washing detergent for the washing machine otherwise great thank you

The stay was very comfortable and hassle-free. The place is much nicer than it appears in the photos, and the little garden is a delight. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable, cook and enjoy, as well as being very conveniently located.

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

First class location for exploring Bologna. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and we were even serenaded by the Opera School below us.

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

Cristian's apartment is in a great neighborhood that, beyond my subjective preference for the area, is full of amenities while being just outside the walls of the historic center, but in a much quieter neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and very well-kept in detail, with particular attention to the cleanliness of the spaces and the linens. The terrace is a small gem that certainly makes you enjoy the time spent in the house more. The convenience of parking is unparalleled. Cristian is an easy-going person, available both on the phone with proactive advice on the area and activities, and at check-in. All highly recommended.

We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and provided with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. The only flaw is the parking is not easy to find and the noises of the condominium, a bit annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.
