Vacation rentals with beach access in Moab

We were here for four days to hike the local parks. The location was perfect for getting to the parks we wanted to visit. It was also very convenient being a block away from the main street with all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed going out for dinner and walking each night. The space was well appointed, comfortable and great for what we needed on this trip. The hot tub and outside area is shared with the other units in the building so that’s just something to keep in mind. We enjoyed a few restaurants while there including a fun hole in the wall thai restaurant around the corner named Singha. Enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect base for my young family of 5 to explore Moab and the surrounding parks. It is located just one block back from the main drag, so was very walkable to all the shops and restaurants but still very quiet and safe at night.

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s place! It was my self, husband and three kids. The kids loved the loft and hot tub. The space was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home while we explored Moab and enjoyed both Arches and Canyonlands!

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

We asked to check out later instead of 10 am and he replied instantly and let us checkout at 11. Actually it’s easy to find the place, because we got there at night seemed complicated get there still light. We love this place you won’t disappointed with his place.

The location cannot be beat! If you are looking to have a quiet place close to nature, without the crowds, this is it! If you are looking for luxuries and first class amenities then stay in Moab at the Red Cliffs Lodge. Know what you are signing up for: a challenging but gorgeous drive-in, in an isolated spot where you need to bring everything you need with you and a go with the flow attitude . The reward is like staying in a National park without the crowds. There is an incredible patio in a truly majestic spot, kayaks, a tortoise, amazing hikes and a sky full of stars. Tom is easy to work with and quite the character. We loved it and would be thrilled to go back. A very unique and special airbnb.

Our family’s first time to Moab with the Bronco and Base Camp did not disappoint! My son and I hiked all over the property and never saw another person. Sunsets and sunrises were picturesque and so so many stars at night. We rented the side by side and went out to chicken corners and wind caves as suggested by the host and they were fantastic. Utah is beautiful and Base Camp is right smack dab in the middle. The instructions that were provided by the host to get there were very clear, we brought our own food and had everything we needed for the few days and nights we were there. Great place to get away and enjoy nature. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks but the place is right in the river and kayaks were offered if we needed them. Fabulous rocks are all over for those rock lovers out there!
