We had an amazing stay at Todd and Erin's place! It was much better than the pictures and description. The view is absolutely outstanding. A great neighborhood with super friendly people and the community pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for having us!

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

It was perfect for the four of us! Spacious, comfortable, excellent location. Loved the decor. Hot, so appreciated the pool. Even went to our first rodeo right next door to the complex. Super fun! Will definitely hope to stay there again on future trip. Thank you Justin. 😊

Awesome house that could host a big group! Two large sets of couches, nice backyard with huge hot tub. And it’s also walking distance (a little bit of a walk) to Main Street where you’ll find everything you need. And close a little trail to walk your dog down to the river and a locals BMX bike course. Perfect house for a Moab gateway with friends and family.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it really met our needs. Convenient! 5 miles from downtown with great restaurants. 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Great location for surrounding off road trails. The garage is an awesome plus! Their home is so well stocked. Plenty of blankets, towels, fully stocked kitchen! Games, gear, you name it. They really go all out in making sure there is a little of everything. 2 king size beds! Both comfortable! TV’s in each bedroom & living room. Comfortable leather couches too! Great backyard. There is a hot tub and a patio heater, but we didn’t use either-but great options! Loved how they label everything! Every switch, where things are-so organized! Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views. Front and back of house. If you have physical/visual disabilities, their AirBNB will suit your needs because it did mine. We would stay here again if back in the area! Thanks again Neil and Abbie!

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

Had a wonderful stay here! Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to Ken’s Lake and town. Beds were very comfortable, AC was perfect temp, kitchen was very well stocked. Our pups loved the yard, the dog beds, sheets, bones and toys! Great home if you’re traveling with dogs. Views were lovely and we really enjoyed our time. We would come and stay again! Staying at Jenna’s neighborhood Airbnb was a perfect way to spend 3 days in Moab. Jenna is a great host - she was friendly when we saw her and communicative before the trip. The location is superb - it’s on a quiet street away from the bustle of main street, but close enough of a walk that we didn’t need to drive to breakfast or dinner. The unit itself is very comfortable. The bed, the furniture, and peaceful location made it all a great stay.

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

If you are driving and want a calmer atmosphere than found in center Moab, Chad's place is the perfect spot. It is only a short drive to Arches entrance, town center, and a bit longer to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and appreciated the lock on the bedroom door. If you have not secured a timed entry permit, try going after 4:00 pm. There are at least 4 hours of daylight remaining in the summer, it is much cooler, and no one was manning the entrance gates to collect the fee.

Amazing. Once you get past the scary road. Make sure you have a spare tire!

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Clean and comfortable place. Both bedroom have ensuite bathrooms and there is even a half-bath downstairs.

Enjoyed my stay at the Moab resort. Great location and close to Arches national park. The restaurants are only a 5 min drive and there’s also a restaurant on site. Love that the room has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Front desk staff were very friendly and pool area is nice. Would stay here again if I visit Moab in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The size was perfect for our group of 3 adults and each of us could enjoy the comfort and privacy of our own bedroom. The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We wanted to check out Moab for a few days and this place was incredible to stay at. It was very modern , clean , plenty of space for the 4 of us , it was close to local attractions and the pool/hot tub area was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Moab.

If you are looking for a vacation house, this is it! It’s beautiful, roomy, comfortable, private, and surrounded by lovely views! The pool and hot tub are a quick walk down the street. Within 15 minutes you’re in the center of Moab and that is filled with shops and restaurants. Of course, Arches and Canyonlands are a short drive away. Troy went above and beyond to make our stay perfect; he was always available and responsive. Enthusiastically recommend!
