Great location and value - Mission Beach 🏖

Newly renovated in May 2021 and now with a portable AC unit for summer 2021! This upstairs unit is on the beach side of Mission Blvd. and is about 50 steps to the beach. Mission Bay is right across the street. There is an ocean view from the entryway balcony. We just put in new floors, bathroom, ceiling fans, etc. This place is a great value for families and comes with beach toys/chairs, children’s toys, etc.. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

This is a non-smoking, family oriented 1 bedroom apartment in a triplex located on Ensenada Ct in South Mission Beach. It sleeps up to 3 adults using a rollaway twin bed. We are 2 blocks from Belmont Park. Also, just a heads up that we have a wonderful yellow Labrador pup named Jojo. She can be a bit barky before getting to know you. I will make a point to catch you to introduce you to her after you check in. She is super sweet just a little protective of her yard till she gets to know you.
