Great location and value - Mission Beach 🏖

Newly renovated in May 2021 and now with a portable AC unit for summer 2021! This upstairs unit is on the beach side of Mission Blvd. and is about 50 steps to the beach. Mission Bay is right across the street. There is an ocean view from the entryway balcony. We just put in new floors, bathroom, ceiling fans, etc. This place is a great value for families and comes with beach toys/chairs, children’s toys, etc.. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a round coffee table, complemented by natural wood accents. A sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances is visible in the background, along with a dining table set for four. Soft lighting enhances the welcoming atmosphere.
