Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Leave your car at home because finding street parking can be difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Perfect place to sleep for cheap when staying in PB for visits, training, conferences, transitions, etc. Comfortable, private & safe. Queen bed, bathroom/shower and kitchenette. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.

Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. This safe space is located upstairs above my home. There is a separate private entrance, a queen bed. Feminine, flowery, funky, victorian decor.
