Monthly Rentals in Minatare

Cute little cabin.We enjoyed watching the cattle in the morning and stars at night.

This was a beautiful house, even bigger than I had anticipated, nice yard, very private, quiet, safe little neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, decorated nicely, but simply, just perfect. Very welcoming for pets and for children as it was very thoughtfully laid out with 2 bathrooms and 2 twin beds in front. Also a nice large TV which gave an almost theater-like experience! Great place, I'd definitely stay again if need be.

Brian was very responsive, kind, and helpful - before, during, and after our stay. He was flexible and understanding when there was a small mix-up on our end, even when it was no fault of his own. His unit was clean and well-appointed with all amenities in the listing included at the property. The unit was clean and organized and it was a pleasure staying with him. We will definitely be keeping his property in mind if we will be returning to the area.

Spacious, tidy, well-located space on Broadway in Scottsbluff. Far preferable to hotels on the highway that have less character, are less central, and are more expensive. Not only would I stay here again … I’ve already booked my next stay! Great value.
