Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Hochserles Vacation Rental

At the foot of the Serles is our apartment "Hochserles": 64 m², with 2 bedrooms (each 1 double bed), shower/toilet, kitchen, living/dining room with pull-out couch (for 2 more people), balcony and parking in front of the house - a good start for a vacation! Our new apartment "Serlesblick" is also located in our house on the 1st floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people!
