The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house with about 115 m² is located in the municipality of Mieders, a tranquil place at the entrance to the Stubai Valley. From here it is only 15 minutes to Innsbruck city center. In a few minutes, however, several ski areas such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier can be reached. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away.

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family, has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly decorated, even with stairlift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
