The property is located in the center of Fulpmes - just a 3-minute drive to the Schlick 2000 valley station. The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. It consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a large bathroom with shower, anteroom, 2 balconies and a parking space right in front of the house. An electric charging station is available for electric cars. The apartment Hochserles (for max. 6 people) belongs to us and is on the first floor of the house.
